In Linköping, we’re developing our camera systems. As a site, our responsibilities range from electronics and optics to software, algorithms and vehicle testing. All vision development teams are working cross-functionally based on agile principles.

Our purpose-driven and curious teams are creating trust in mobility through human-centric innovation. We are today the largest pure-player in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD). We design and manufacture products and solutions for active safety, autonomous driving, occupant protection and brake control.

What you'll do:

We are now hiring a Senior Test Lead within Vision Development, a newly formed organization within Veoneer at our Linköping office. The department is responsible for developing the next generation Vision platform and reference products integrating hardware and software. Within Vision Development the teams are working cross-functionally based on Lean and Agile principles.

In your position as Test Lead you will be the interface towards the customer projects, partners and internal projects regarding test strategy for the Vision Reference Product. You will own and maintain the test strategy for the next generation of the Vision reference product. You are responsible for making sure the strategy is aligned with processes, standards as well as being scalable and reusable for the projects. You will be responsible for driving and monitoring implementation of the strategy within the Vision Development organization.

You will be the main interface for test and have a lot of interaction with customer projects, other product areas and partners. You will work in close cooperation with the test architects.


What you'll bring:
The position requires deep knowledge and understanding of test, test strategies and methodizes. Experience with test from the automotive industry or similar.

The position requires a background and experience within product development and processes from requirements to test coverage, integrating hardware and software.

The position requires good leadership skills, that you are clear in your communication, have an analytical ability as well as the ability to make decisions. You are responsive and outgoing and maintain good relationships.

Meriting experiences: test management from the automotive industry, CI, Agile and Lean principles, as well as methods and work with safety-critical systems.

To succeed in this position, we prefer that you have:

- Experience of test management
- Good knowledge in Lean, DevOps and Agile methodology
- Experience in leading others as well as building and developing teams
- Good English skills, spoken and written
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
