Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Leader (Frontend and Backend) to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that ensure thorough validation of both new systems and updates to existing systems.
Coordinate testing activities across different development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality throughout the system.
Lead testing efforts using lean-agile methodologies, proactively identifying and managing potential risks to ensure project success.
Conduct both automated and manual tests to identify bugs and issues before production, including hands-on involvement in practical testing activities.
Collaborate with the team to monitor and evaluate end-user feedback, continuously improving functionality and user experience.
Oversee the testing of the entire application, including both frontend and backend components, ensuring quality and reliability.
What You Bring:
A minimum of five years of experience in testing and test management, with at least two years of experience in lean-agile test management.
Proven experience in testing and test management within large IT projects, preferably within complex organizational environments.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience with lean-agile testing methods and tools, including test automation.
Strong expertise in both automated and manual testing, with the ability to apply these skills effectively in large-scale projects.
Experience working within a lean-agile development methodology.
Proficiency in both frontend and backend testing.
Personal Characteristics:
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and contribute to a cohesive project environment.
