Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead the acceptance testing of a new IAM system, ensuring it meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define test strategies, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate and manage the test process from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Work closely with the external supplier and internal test resources to facilitate seamless testing and issue resolution.
Ensure all testing documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligns with the project’s quality standards.

What you bring:
Strong experience as a Test Manager, with a proven track record of leading acceptance tests for complex systems.
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with experience in testing tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Omada.
Proficiency in requirements testing and managing the end-to-end test lifecycle.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive progress in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation skills in English and Swedish.
Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of the test process.

Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
