Uppdragsbeskrivning
We are now looking for EOL Payroll Norway - Senior Test manager with competence level 3 to NCC (see appendix NCC Competence levels).
Norwegian Speaking test manager located in Oslo who can help the project with test and quality assurance tasks. The project requests a test manager who in collaboration with the project manager and other stakeholders, will be responsible to formulate the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans for a project, as well as manage all testing in the project. A draft Master Test Plan is already made for the project.


Project description:
- Together with the project team and payroll supplier, define the scope of testing
- Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort
- Verify the test environment before test execution and managed during test execution
- Support and lead the testing team
- Educate and coach the testers
- Provide guidance and monitoring of the analysis, design, development and execution of test cases, test procedures and test suites
- During test execution and as the project come to its ends, write summary reports on test status.
Skallkrav
Experience from similar projects
Experience from test management in projects regarding migration from on-premises to SaaS
Experience in testing complex integration landscapes, incl. end-to-end
Able to take main responsibility, lead and drive test responsibilities
Team player, taking responsibility and initiative for own tasks, sharing and involving other stakeholders where necessary
Well written and oral communication skills in English
