Unit Responsibilities
The Threat Intelligence team deliver on the following primary responsibilities:
- Advising leadership in Ericsson on Cyber and Geopolitical Threats to ensure Ericsson takes informed risk decisions
- Collect information as part of the daily Threat Landscape Monitoring (TLM), analyze and alert the organization of critical changes in the threat landscape that may trigger urgent defensive action
- Maintain a company threat profile, where critical company assets are assessed for threat actors, their motivation and likely objectives for an attack
- Measure cyber defense maturity of critical company assets to locate and highlight unacceptable cyber risk
- Produce special studies and reports on demand to its stakeholders
- Raise awareness in general for Cyber Threats by producing information and training material for the greater Ericsson organization
- Develop competence in core competence areas:
-- Cyber and IT Security
-- Threat Intelligence
-- Technical security assessments
-- NIST cyber security framework

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Cyber Threat analysis
- In-depth competence in IT Security, Cyber Security, Cyber security incident response, and NIST CSF
- In-depth understanding of Ericsson’s IT Landscape and technical infrastructure, culture, organization, and WoW
- Language skills: Fluent English (verbal and written) required
- Academic degree of Master of Science, preferred
As a senior threat intelligence analyst, you have proven experience in the field and can take responsibility for larger deliveries from the collection of intelligence requirements, putting together a team and supervise the work and ensure the stakeholder is satisfied with the end result.
You will also drive internal improvement projects, such as defining new analysis frameworks, onboard new intelligence and data sources.
You will also interact with the unit's internal and external network of threat intelligence peers for both collection and intelligence exchange purposes.
