For this role, we are looking for someone with a very strong self-drive and motivation to perform, learn and improve. You need to develop, challenge and inspire team members and the business. You demonstrate strong communication skills and can give us stories about previous situations of tuff negotiations.
For this role, it would be even more amazing if you can tick these boxes:
• Proven training in change management, business management or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing change and transformation, both in processes and behaviors, preferable in a technology environment
• Minimum of 5 years of a senior leadership position with global assignments
• Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile working set-up
• Proven record of developing people and organisations
• Change management skills from large-scale organisations
• Good knowledge of financial forecasts and follow-up

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will have a team of transformation leaders and transformation analyst reporting to you. Together you coordinate and secures the development and implementation of transformation strategies.
As Senior transformation leader, you are driving the development, approval and implementation of transformation activities as well as leading and developing co-workers into high performing teams. You are responsible for several streams, making sure we are getting through timelines toward implementation which includes supporting and challenging the business.
You deliver professional guidance and support to enable a successful handover to the line organisation. You are the main speaking partner from the digital transformation office and your role is key to maintain a regular flow of communication to important stakeholders. You need to connect with people and teams who are working on dependent processes.
To be more concrete, this role involves securing following activities:
• Planning and execution of transformation activities
• Implementation on time and budget as per agreements and commitments
• Coordinate across Group Digital, non-Group Digital functions in Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems.
• Reflect activities and milestones into the overall transformation roadmap
