You will be a part of Business transformation, a new team within E.ON, working directly with supporting the transformation in our business, by driving projects together with our business owners. You will build up and develop E.ONs Operational Excellence capabilities and a new implement a business system.
In your role as Senior Transformation Manager, you will support high-impact projects to drive performance results while transforming the culture at the same time. You will report to the Head of Business Development, but you work closely with the business owners and will actively support the Executive leadership team and leaders in meeting business objectives and building the foundations to drive continuous, sustainable, performance improvement. Your responsibilities are:
Directly support the transformation in the business by leading project work, building the capabilities within business and ensuring sustainable change.
• Drive the transformation program with your expert knowledge and role-modeling behavior.
• Build full buy-in of local leadership teams at every step of the process by identifying and actively working to remove barriers to transformational change.
• Ensure and establish a continuous improvement culture in business.
• Implement a performance management culture and a process-driven mindset.
• Implement, teach and train tools pertaining to Lean, Agile and other Change methodologies.
• Support in delivering trainings and workshops.
• Lead in designing the “Transformation Playbook” and hands on using your toolbox within operational Excellence.
To be successful in the role, we think you have experience in business and cultural transformation in large multi-national companies and a solid project-manager. You have experience working with Operational Excellence / Lean and recognized certifications (Six Sigma, Lean, LCS, LMI). You have relevant experience in agile/lean and other principles or methodologies and hands-on experience of training and coaching others to support the development of new skills. It is positive if you have experience of working as a consult driving transformation and Operational Excellence projects. You are fluent in English and Swedish and have a relevant educational background.
We are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager (with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role) and a Transformation Manager (with at 5 years of experience in a similar role) to be located in Malmö.
