Senior Transformation Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated transformation professional to help us set the course for the future of financial services for our customers. Are you the forward-thinking professional we are looking for?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Drive and secure large cross bank strategic transformation initiatives and results the can include in the areas such as: Channels, Daily Banking, Infrastructure and IT, Consumer Payments, IoT, Cloud etc.
- Progress reporting and visualizing results, challenges, and gaps for transformation initiatives
- Design and simplify large transformation programs to reach relevant results


- Supporting our CIO, CTO, and senior management with analysis on how to further our business
- Identify and analyze investment needs and new transformation opportunities


What is needed in this role:
- Strong problem-solving ability, structure, and methodology
- You have a demonstrated ability to drive large and transformation programs in a large and complex stakeholder environment
- You are forward-thinking with strong interest in technology and data development
- You are interested in exploring how new technologies can be applied by the bank and what future digital development that can strengthen the bank’s position
- You enjoy working in a team and want to develop skills in how to manage uncertainty and differing views between senior stakeholders
- You can tell a story and contextualize complex challenges into an understandable narrative and develop warm stakeholder relationships
- You have a high delivery capacity, with the ability to work effectively together with your colleagues under time pressure
- You have strong written and oral communication skills with English being a requirement and Swedish and/or Baltics languages is an advantage
- You may previously have worked as: Management Consulting in the cross section between IT and business, Digital Business Development, Transformation manager, Program Manager in large organizations
