SENIOR UI / UX DESIGNER FOR THE IA SYSTEM - stockholm/remote

Do you want to help design web and app solutions for millions of users around the world?
Today, the IA system is possibly the most important cloud service for the systematic work environments and improvement work in the world. The system is used almost everywhere in the world and has been translated into over 40 different languages. All of this puts a lot of pressure on you as a UI / UX: er, but it should also be a lot of fun.
You will be in the same group as our three product owners as a UI / UX member with us. The task of designing the IA system falls to you and your team, with the assistance of our product teams.
The users in the system range from "Rare Users" who access the system via Web or Mobile to "Power Users" who access the system via Web and "Managers and Managers" who use both platforms.
We are looking for someone to assist us in developing a unified, modern, and efficient UI / UX experience for all users and platforms.
Even if we are not yet very adept at it, we value the working method of Build Thinking, in which we collaborate closely with product owners, developers, committees, and individual customers to design appealing and efficient solutions.
We specifically want you to focus on the following (but are open to suggestions for additional needs):
Analyze all aspects of the IA system in order to identify high-priority areas.
Establish a UI/UX vision for the overall IA system.
Concretize UI/UX vision, for example, with a style guide based on known design frameworks (suggested Material Design)
Assist product owners and teams with realistic product development.
