Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role
We are looking for our new UX designer to join our team in Stockholm! As a UX Designer, you need to be passionate about translating different product insights into requirements and guidelines for the development of the interfaces of Gigapays products. Your role will involve conducting and analyzing user research and translating them into sitemaps, personas, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, to be able to match our business goals with our user’s goals.

Key skills/Experience
Gigapay is a multicultural company and that’s why English is our official language, so you need to be fully fluent and have:
Proven work experience (5+ years) in designing user interfaces for corporate software products
Experience in gathering user requirements in collaboration with product managers and software engineers
Experience in illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Experience in developing UI mockups and prototypes
Experience in identifying and troubleshooting UX problems Knowledge of wireframe tools
Experiance in design websites and visuals that convert viewers into leads and customers
Knowledge of Agile development processes processes
Experience from Tech-startups in US and Europe

Bonus skills
You have experience using analytics software
Knowledge of technical constraints, optimization and implementation
