You will belong to our urban development unit in Gothenburg/Malmö
As our new landscape architect, you will be part of our growth journey where we see an increased need from customers and customers. We are looking for you who develop in a stimulating environment with about 30 ambitious colleagues locally in urban development. Our assignments range from early-stage planning to detailed design. We develop urban green structures for a better urban climate and good conditions for community, health and safety. We create sustainable transport solutions where economic growth and long-term societal benefits go hand in hand with people's need for freedom and proximity. With our wide range of services, we always take long-term overall responsibility for the projects we are involved in. You will work in close cooperation with the office's other 300 employees in stormwater/water, mobility, land, road, environment and more. In several projects, you will also collaborate with employees from Ramboll's offices in the rest of Sweden and in other countries. We are looking for you with a focus on detailed design who wants an exciting role with great opportunities to develop. The assignments will include new and remodeling of public spaces and neighbourhood land, both for private and public actors. Some of our specialist areas are stormwater management combined with greenery, multifunctional surfaces for downpour management and terrain adaptation of buildings. We work with 3D design in most of our assignments. We are currently working on, among other things, the design of Masthuggskajen, Hills and with the design of Karlastaden, which comprises eight blocks with streets, squares and places around the 73-storey Karlatornet. Other ongoing assignments are the design of residential areas, schools and terraces for hotels kv Platinan at the new Göta Älvbron stronghold.
Your main tasks:
Assignment management and detailed design in both large and small assignments
Technology manager in infrastructure projects
Collaboration with colleagues who sit locally, nationally and internationally
Participate in procurement and tendering work
Participate in customer processing for both new and existing customers

You are a trained landscape architect
You have years of experience in landscaping
You have experience in assignment management
You have years of experience in detailed design
It is a great advantage if you have worked in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite as well as with AMA and quantity calculations.
You speak and write fluent Swedish
You have good knowledge of communicating in English
You have a driver's license
