We are leading the industry in using big data intelligence to enable the shift from reactive care to proactive population-level health management and are looking for a driven Senior Upstream Marketer to join the International Upstream Marketing team.
The International Product Lifecycle Management team ensures that client and wider market needs are captured and given the appropriate prioritization in product development. As an Upstream Marketer, you will be responsible to capture and validate market needs and feed into the product development to ensure that Cerner can be successful in the Swedish market by having a competitive product portfolio that meets the needs of the market, now and in the future.
As a Senior Upstream Marketer for Sweden, you will serve as the key contributor to the solution portfolio development by serving as the primary owner of market strategy for medium-sized or complex product(s). You will assess market feedback and technical feasibility to prepare product recommendations for the Product Managers and Product Owners, perform market sensing and contribute market insights to opportunity assessment and business case processes. Partnering with product management, development, and corporate marketing to ensure that client needs are incorporated into the product development process and downstream marketing approaches. Collaborating with program, contract, and client organization counterparts to recommend prioritization of strategic-level requirements on aligned product roadmaps

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience
Plus 2 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
At least 2 years work experience in product marketing, product management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other marketing or HCIT solution work experience
Fluent in English and Swedish, another Nordic language is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Millennium implementations
At least 4 years of work experience in technology implementation
Expectations:
Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as needed
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
