In this role, you will be doing research planning, collaborating with the team to formulate assumptions and hypotheses and identify the appropriate methodology. You will be a facilitator of engaging, impactful workshops in focus groups. You will be the voice of the users to understand what keeps them engaged and what makes them monetize. Your work will influence all steps of the development cycle by delivering product recommendations for the teams in Designing, Creative Marketing & Leadership.
Daily activities
Identifying the key research questions, choose the best method(s)(focus groups, user interview, surveys), recruit the right people, lead interviews, and play a key role in synthesizing and communicating insights
Moderating focus groups and other relevant types of qualitative research methodologies.
Provide and spread insights by connecting qualitative and quantitative data and follow up to make sure these insights are acted on
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to help our team stay up to date with the market
Expertise involved
Experience in User/Market research/UX/Consumer studies
Fluency in English
Know when to do what, and why in terms of research methodology
Ability to shape the research agenda
Plan and execute a wide variety of studies independently – interviews, diary studies, usability tests, surveys, etc. – across the different stages of our games portfolio
Exhibit solid quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Master the art of creating surveys and interviews that lead to great insights
Experience with SQL
Fluency in one other European language other than English
