Description

The client is looking for a senior and highly seasoned UX Design and people leader to join them on a 1 year assignment to lead the UX Design team. The organizations mobile apps and in store digital experiences.

Work tasks:

- This leader will drive customer experience vision and quality across the domain
- Set direction and lead the UX design leadership team
- Build design culture in the team
- Build hire and scale the team
- Partner and collaborate with product management
- Engineering and data and analytics peers.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- People leadership
- UX design leadership
- E-commerce leadership
- Hiring/building design teams
- Scaling teams
