We are growing across the entire Digital Experience Design organization and need experienced Design Researchers to help drive IKEA into the future
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in many of the following:
Choosing and applying from a wide variety of design and UX research methodologies, to arrive at actionable insights
Crafting detailed research findings into simple, easy to understand insights presentations to drive business
Leading human centered design research workshops and other co-creative methods
Contribute to building and initiating experience design research approaches from scratch
Driving collaboration and partnership with a variety of teams across IKEA to bring consumer insights, qualitative and quantitative research together into actionable insights.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Experience Design Researcher at IKEA you will be executing a broad variety of experience design research to identify human behaviour, needs, and wants to inform the digital experience direction for billions of IKEA customers around the world.
You will conduct all aspects of Experience Design Research, from research design and methodology selection to crafting findings that guide and inform Experience Designers within your team.

This role reports to the Head of Product UX, Customer and is located Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our organization has coworkers in Amsterdam, Sweden, Madrid, Shanghai and Philadelphia.
