Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who is experienced in writing UX guidelines and creating and using design systems.

What you'll do:
● Communicate and visualise designs and animations using Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or similar tools.
● Be a part of the scrum team and work from a backlog in close collaboration with other interaction and visual designers.
● Document solutions as well as present design proposals on crits and design reviews and assist in usability tests.
● Work closely with UX designers, project managers, and back-end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions.
● Conduct user research, such as remote usability testing, card sorting, surveys, heuristics evaluations, interviews, and contextual inquiries.

Who you are:
● 8+ years of experience working as a Senior User Experience Designer or in a similar role.
● Have proven experience in working with Visual User Experience Design, Digital UI Graphics and FIGMA.
● Have a collaborative and positive mindset with a problem-solving approach. You will collaborate with peers within UX design as well as development teams.
● In-depth experience with Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Flinto.
● Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of the organization.
