Are you a Senior UX Designer who wants to develop what has to be done in the customer's operation? Expected competencies
In this role, you will have a great responsibility in our customer relationships. You work in several different phases of a project, from pilot study and concept to detailing and implementation. To succeed in this role we believe you have the following former experience:
- Design and structure of bigger websites
- Charting and developing the customer's journey
- Experience working with e-commerce and CMS systems
- Used to running concept-development and creative processes
- Planning and leading workshops
- Comfortable in a relationship with customers
- Preferably worked as a consultant before

Job description
As a Senior UX Designer, you will have your closest manager and local belonging at one of our Sweden offices (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö or Jönköping) and be a part of the international UX team. You will deliver in both national and global projects.
You will have great freedom together with your team to grab an overall responsibility for the customer and user experience. This means connecting the concept and the creative solution to the customer's brand and business. You will also collect, package and deliver customer insights. In this role, you are expected to guide and inspire our customers with your knowledge and design. We believe you are good at leading workshops and expressing yourself both visually and in writing.
We have a strong sales pipe and see that the competence and skills you can contribute with will be extra important when facing the increase of upcoming projects. 🌱
The UX team consists of colleagues from both Sweden and Norway, primarily based in Stockholm, but also Gothenburg. We see that the team will continue growing and therefore we invest both operationally and strategically in UX because we see it as a part of our core business. We mainly work in Sketch and InVision.
