What you will be doing
As a Senior User Experience designer within Customer Experience Design – Large Corporations and Financial Institutions, you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and hands-on in development sprints. You will work in close cooperation with other UX Designers as well as with product owners, analytics and tech, et cetera. In this role, you are also expected to contribute to and develop SEB:s best practice within UX and act as a mentor and coach.
You will be part of our fantastic Customer Experience Design community with more than 60 designers with a friendly and welcoming culture, where you will always find empowerment and support. Together we have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank’s digitalisation journey.
This time, we are looking for someone to start their career at SEB with a leading role within Accounts & Payments at the division Large Corporations and Financial Institutions, and who have the experience of leading and facilitating in the role as an UX Designer.
Who we are looking for:
· You will work with identifying needs through user research and transform these into customer journeys and concepts, prototyping, interaction design for desktop and mobile as well as user research in the form of interviews and user testing
· Someone who can lead both yourself and others, and participate in creating an open environment driven by team building activities, for example feedback
· You are communicative and collaborative, and thrive being in a position where you have influence, you are not afraid to challenge assumptions
· You grow from working with others and find it natural to network, both with co-designers and in cross-functional teams
· You enjoy sharing your knowledge and coach in methods and tools
· You enjoy working both strategically with visions, roadmaps, concept design and strategic customer insight work, and operationally with prototyping, interaction design and concept design usability testing
· You have at least 5 years of experience within UX or Service Design
· You have experience from working in agile development
· You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
