During the period you will be employed by Jefferson Wells.

What you will do

Our client design for an array of household appliances including ovens, washing machines, humidifiers, robot vacuum cleaners, and more. You will write for multiple brands within the Group portfolio and translate product copy into 45+ languages.

* Use copy and language to help users around the world achieve their goals
* Shape content strategy for our future appliance UIs and connected ecosystem
* Collaborate with designers, researchers, creative technologists, product managers, and engineers to strengthen Electrolux Group's digital product offering
* Help build an ambitious and supportive design culture



In detail, you will:

* Write clear, inclusive, accessible product copy for the end-to-end user experience, including onboarding, instructional flows, error messages, over-the-air updates, and more
* Initiate, define, and design a data-informed content approach for new products and features
* Partner with our global translation and localization team to ensure copy scales globally
* Work with product and marketing teams to name new features and instil a unified voice across product platforms
* Contribute to our design system, regularly adding to and editing our global glossary and creating UX writing guidelines as needed
* Be a part of growing UX writing team. You'll share ideas and take initiative to shape ways of working and best practices in our discipline and content community



Who you are

* You have 5+ years relevant experience in UX writing and/or content strategy for digital products or services
* You're familiar with translation and localization best practices and tools, such as Phrase and Figma
* You're self-driven and organized with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
* You're an excellent communicator who articulates the rationale for your work and illustrates how it aligns with customer needs and business goals
* You're a champion for UX writing, skilled at explaining what it is and why it matters to cross-functional stakeholders
* You're fluent in English with an attention to detail with spelling and grammar, proficiency in other languages is a bonus
* You have a portfolio in English that showcases a range of UX writing work and tells a story about how you think and collaborate
