How will you make an impact?
System Verification and Validation group is responsible for verification and validation of our analytical system for Allergy and Autoimmunity testing. This involves verification and validation of software, system and assay performance during updates of the current or development of new systems to ensure that our system fulfills internal requirement specifications and regulatory demands for all markets. The group is a team of around 20 people who work in close collaboration. It is a qualified and ambitious team who not only has great teamwork but also works closely with the whole System R&D Department as well as other business areas within immunodiagnostics business.
You will be responsible for leading the verification and validation activities during development of new analytical systems as well as updates of the current Phadia Systems. The role involves planning and leading verification and validation activities and assuring that the verification strategy within the projects fulfills the regulatory demands. You will also together with the manager to take the lead in developing and improving work processes for V&V.
You will have the possibility to help our customers how they work and diagnose allergy tests and autoimmune diseases around the world.
What will you do?
You would have a leading role in working with improvements of current processes within the System V&V team to assure that the verification and validation performed comply with the evolving regulatory requirements. You will also work with strategies and ways of working for verification and validation for current and future Phadia Systems.
You will be responsible for leading different verification and validation activities.
The role involves building close cross-functional collaborations with other groups within the department (Software, Instrument and System) as well as with other disciplines within the company such as Regulatory, Marketing and Quality Assurance.
You will work in collaboration with other functions within the department during the entire product life cycle to assure our products have relevant and testable requirements.

How will you get there?
University degree within natural science, technology or related field
Several years of experience from verification and validation within life science industry or equivalent regulated environment
Experience from leading verification and validation activities within product development projects
Interest in working with processes and ways of working
Responsible, thorough and structured way of working and always having quality in mind
Be able to take initiatives and work independently as well as be a good team player
Good communication skills and relationships building skills
Fluent in English
