WHAT UTOPIANS DO

We are building a better world for music with innovative big data technology that tracks online music sources and translates them into meaningful music consumption reports for royalty collection. The solution we’re building does not threaten to usurp the role of industry incumbents - it is about bringing transparency in the industry and supporting efficient royalty collection.

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE

Utopia Music is seeking an experienced multi-discipline Senior Visual Designer with a strong visual focus (graphic design + user interfaces) in the areas like: brand identity, marketing/communications, web design, online and print advertising, illustration and optionally motion.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contributing to creating the visual concepts
- Working within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce Utopia brand’s style and voice through its visual touchpoint
- Creating artwork and layouts for digital executions like websites, ads, etc.
- Attending stakeholders’ creative briefs and workshops
- Presenting deliverables with top communication and language skills
- Executing with impeccable craftsmanship where there is full attention to details


THE IDEAL SKILLSET

- A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
- Strong creative solution skills
- Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction
- Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
- The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Being fluent in modern design tools
