Senior Web Developer - Tobii Pro Cloud Team

Do you want to bea part of a growing team that is working with our amazing Tobii Pro research applications? Then this is the position for you!

One of the senior team members are going on parental leave later in 2018 and this position is meant to keep the team strong in his absence and even stronger when he is back. You will be working with implementing web applications for analysis of eye tracking based attention data!

The role and responsibilitiesYou will be working in a cross-functional, agile team with high ambitions and skilled colleagues. The team is providing cloud based services and you will be responsible for developing the web application(s) provided by the team.

On the back-end we are leveraging AWS to have a serverless architecture based on lambda functions and other services.

Your days will be filled with

- Working with both the frontend and backend part of the web applications.
- Implementing designs in close collaboration with the UX designer in the team and architect a performant client side experience in browsers.
- Working on the back-end parts to serve data to the front-end in a good and efficient manner.
- Both testing your own code as well as reviewing your team members code.
- Delivering customer value and develop the teams capability to deliver web applications.

We are looking for someone with- Experience from working on both web frontend and backend using javascript
- Excellent skills when it comes to Node.js
- Previous work experience from implementation of pixel perfect user interfaces with high performance requirements
