Senior Wind & Site Consultant - Onshore Wind

Your new role
As our new Senior Wind & Site Consultant, you will be involved in a wide range of wind and site related tasks across the full lifecycle of onshore wind projects, including energy yield assessments, wind resource estimations, layout optimisations, wind measurement campaigns and performance evaluations, primarily in Northern Europe. You will take on responsibility for your own deliverables applying an analytical approach and structural understanding to create innovative solutions – with the aim of further shaping and enhancing our service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Supporting early project development assignments with yield and wind farm capacity estimates
Preparation of bankable wind resource assessments, site suitability assessments, and energy yield assessments
Wind farm layout development and optimization
Support our clients to successfully deliver wind projects globally

Your new team
You will be part of our global Wind Advisory team working on wind farm developments worldwide. Based in one of our offices in Sweden, you will join an established and vibrant team of highly talented and engaged wind energy experts. You will collaborate with local and international colleagues and play a critical role in defining and delivering projects, creating innovative solutions, and shaping and enhancing our service delivery.

These include:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master’s degree or other advanced degree is preferred
A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or project management
Extensive experience in wind project development, specifically in wind resource assessment and energy yield estimation, within a project developer organisation
Proven track record, industry reputation and network
High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required
