We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Windows Client Technician with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
For our client's field specialist team, we're looking for a senior Windows technician with a focus on client management. The team is in charge of their Mac and PC client platforms. We will migrate our SCCM environment to a cloud-based solution in the spring, in addition to our daily work with advanced troubleshooting, application handling in SCCM, and so on.
You will be responsible for daily client issues, application management, packaging, and SCCM for their Windows environment in this role.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
SCCM / ECM
Intune / Autopilot
Azure
Troubleshooting the Windows platform
5 years of experience in configuration, packaging, design etc. in Windows
Solution-oriented
Team player
Self-propelled
Good at creating relationships





Other:
It is advantageous to have the following knowledge & experience:
AD / GPO / Policys
Packaging of applications
Powershell
Experience from a larger organization with Windows where change to a modern workplace has been the focus of the work
