ob description: Responsible for the system design and technical planning of the Radio Base Station Controller for the next-generation RAN network evolution. The main tasks include requirement analysis, product system design and technical evolution planning. You will also analyse customer requirements and business models, as well as analyse the product competition environment. Work place: Stockholm or Shanghai, with 30% of the time in Shanghai Responsibilities: In the mobile network evolution towards LTE, GSM/UMTS/LTE convergence, and mobile broadband, you are responsible for the following tasks: ? Analyse the business model and service requirements of telecommunication operators, and evaluate internal requirements and features of the controller products for the next-generation network based on the current status of our controller products ? Contribute to the design works of the controller projects in Sweden, the system architecture definitions, requirement analysis, and design breakdown ? Analyse the development trend, industry development information, and competition environment of the radio network as a technical expert for the controller products, and guide others in the planning of the controller products ? As a member of technical planning team, take part in the preparation of the controller product's long term technical planning, for example, five years, including product types, product capability definitions, and key service capabilities ? Take part in the communication with the customers and the requirement analysis activities in the delivery of controller products for European major projects, as a technical expert ? Guide and help others in such aspects as engineering capability, design methods and tools of the system design of the controller products, as a technical expert. Qualifications (Skills/Experience) ? A master's degree in electrical engineering or telecommunication field ? Have a good command of GSM, UMTS, or LTE network technologies ? Work experience of 10 years or more in product development, system design, or product management of wireless products ? Good oral and written communication ability, interpersonal skills and fluency in the English language. Further languages highly welcome
