We are looking for a Senior/Expert IT Analyst to join Local Systems - a team loaded with experience, professionalism and passion. Now we need to add driver capacity to the team, to stay in strength and competence also for the future.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the Local Systems team. We add value by Operations Services in the core banking system areas such as Deposits, Payments, Customer data and Loans, serving virtually all other business areas of the bank. In this position you will be assisting the Head of Operations. You will help the Operations unit in making sure Nordea's core applications are stable, compliant, well-functioning and financially under control.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assist the Head of Operations in daily as well as strategic tasks
* Design and develop the ways of working in the unit
* Develop cooperation models with surrounding units
* Create visibility of the workload in the team
* Contribute to excellent Vendor Management
* Design and maintain relevant performance metrics

You will support the community of Application Providers and Application Service Managers within Operations, enabling them to perform world class operations services.
This role is based in SE/Stockholm (Smålandsgatan 15-17). You will work with people and applications in all Nordic countries. This is a permanent, full-time, position. We follow hybrid model of working.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have worked at least 5 years with banking applications, and software maintenance
* Are well acquainted with IT Operations work
* Are skilled in daily work group or project team management
* Experience from ITIL and IPC Process work
* Have a good ability to structure, document and follow up on large workloads
* Are good at grasping rules and regulations, and realizing their practical consequences
* Have a positive attitude and cooperate easily with those you have contact with in your daily work
* Have the capability to work with English speaking colleagues from all over the world

Additional background and/or skillset, that are beneficial in this role:
* Acquaintance with Nordea's systems, products and processes will be a big advantage

As an Application Provider in Local Systems, you will be entrusted Nordea's most critical applications, placing you in the midst of Nordea's daily operations. You will be in daily cooperation with some of the best professionals in the area.
