Senior/Lead Capital Analyst in Capital & Financial Regulatory Development

You will join our talented Capital Development team in Group Finance. We are working closely together with our colleagues in Group Finance and in Technology to build robust  solutions that enable capital calculation and reporting for Nordea.

In this team you will be involved in development projects of strategic importance for the bank. You'll have the possibility to play a key role in our value chain for delivering high quality solutions. We are looking for the right talent to be part of our exciting journey of uplifting our current capital calculation and reporting solutions.. You will be involved in driving the development of data sourcing, calculation logic, as well as reporting and analysis infrastructure. Your focus will be on understanding and analysing the business needs, turning these into development tasks, and working closely with Technology to ensure the right delivery. You will have the possibility to interact with wide range of stakeholders within different business areas of the Group.

What you’ll be doing:
* Work in the intersection of business and IT to design and deliver new solutions for capital calculation and reporting
* Provide subject matter expertise Analyse and document the requirements
* Ensure that the documented requirements and data models are aligned with the business needs, architecture, and design principles
* Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues in various teams

Your experience and background:
* Significant experience working with capital, credit risk, and/or other related disciplines in a financial institution
* Preferably experience in development of related processes and infrastructure
* 5+ years of relevant work experience
* Very good communication skills
* Experience working with data, knowledge of SQL
* Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
* Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar
