Arbetsbeskrivning

Development of Reports, Communications and Presentation regarding the ALab products and services
Assistance & Preparations for Customer Sessions (Travels may apply)
Develop Model Formulations and maintain the Database, Test them in a Lab and pilot scale
Report and Document findings and results with Sensory panels
Organise logistics of ingredients
Support maintenance of SOPs for Analytical Testing, Sensory, HACCP and GMP for Food Prototyping Activities to be carried out in the ALab.
Maintenance of ALab SOP – Maintain relevance to current processes and learning experienced in the ALab
Support Sensory Analysis Sessions
Laboratory Care
Inventory Management of consumables.
