SEO & content specialist

We are looking for you who has extensive experience in working with search engine optimization, who is used to dealing with issues and can coordinate many tasks and projects at the same time. You probably have some years of experience in the field of both content and technical SEO as well as analysis.

What does a SEO & Content Specialist do at Resurs Bank?

You will be the person who builds, own and develops our visibility and relevance based on customer behavior on our Nordic websites. You will be part of the Digital Acquisition and Marketing team and work closely with our business areas and Nordic colleagues to synchronize demand with our offers in the best way. You work data driven and regularly follow up progress and changes in our world.

To be successful in this role it is important that you are analytical, self-motivated and curious. Furthermore, we see that you as a person are ambitious and that you take personal ownership of your continued knowledge development. You are a driven "doer" who thrives in a results-oriented environment.

What is expected of you?


• Minimum 5 years experience of similiar tasks
• Knowledge and experience of both content and technical SEO
• Experience of working in wordpress (gütenberg)
• Analytical

Your role:


• Drive SEO in our Nordics markets 
• Coordinate different SEO activities between departments and markets
• Control, produce and develop our content on our different websites
• Be responsible for the maintenance of our website
• Suggest and execute activities for a positive development within organic traffic
• Follow up on our organic traffic based on given KPI’s
• Analyze customer data to be able to identify short- and long-term gains and suggest continuous improvements in your web analytics of the web and its content
• Work with concept development
• Be able to articulate your hypotheses and prioritize them
• Share insights and lessons learned within the organization

Tools that should be known and preferably used:


• Google (Search Console, Adwords, Analytics)
• Content Marketing
• Wordpress (gütenberg)
• SEO Power suite, screaming frog, ahrefs

You are fluent in at least one Nordic language and in English, both speech and writing.

Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. The majority of IT are located in Helsingborg and Malmö. Working remotely is normal for us but it is advantageous if you are reasonably close to a Resurs Bank office as sometimes have to be on sight.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.
