We are looking for an experienced SEO data analyst who will be part of the new Business Tech organisation.
What you will do as SEO data analyst
As a SEO data analyst you will be responsible for the analysis of SEO data across the H&M Group to ensure we attract and engage our target audiences and convert visitors into customers. You will be a core team member of the SEO CoE (Center of Excellence) product team working closely with all our brands and marketing stakeholders.
You will together with the agile team play an important part of building the foundation baseline for SEO knowledge at the H&M Group and align our SEO mission with our optimization efforts.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with current SEO techniques and tools and have excellent analytical skills.
Furthermore, you will:
Analyze, report and deliver actionable SEO insights to constantly improve the customer experience
Develop SEO reporting for all H&M Group brands and support roll-out to the organization
Communicate and explain the SEO data and its implications to various stakeholders to advocate data-driven decision making and improve the customer value
Identify commercial opportunities leveraging data and present business cases showing the impact of SEO efforts
Provide data insights for technical solutions and system improvements
Work in an agile team that proactively drive continuous improvements and challenge ways of working

As the ideal candidate, you will have the following qualifications:
A degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics or related field
Experience in working with SEO, SEM, other digital channels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, SEO tools and applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a phenomenal communication capability
Ability to analyze, report and present large amounts of data into clear insights and empower data-driven decision making
Ability to reach goals and deadlines, take direct action to address problems
Ability to translate SEO business requirements into analytical requirements and to advise the business in the best solution from both a business and maintainability perspective
Experience and strong interest in SEO strategies, best practices, tools and trends
Strong customer focus, commercial mindset and innate curiosity
Experience in working in agile environment and adopted the principles and values of agile methodology
Experience from front-end development and at a large enterprise business or within the retail industry is preferred but not essential
Fluency in both spoken and written English

This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm area. The selection process will involve HR, Product Owner and the Competence lead for our Customer Attraction product area within the Customer Domain.
