ABOUT THE ROLE
The Media & Traffic Aquisition function within the Marketing department at Tele2 Sverige AB is responsible for securing media presence for all our brands and for driving traffic to all our sales channels. We work closely with brand management, the digital analytics function as well as the sales channels and the commercial department. Our main KPI’s are creating awareness and traffic via media buying and through search engine optimization. More over optimize the media budget and increasing the ROI as well as contributing to sales within all sales channels.
As SEO Manager you will be responsible, together with the team to set current targets and the overall strategy for SEO that will focus on attracting new and existing customers. Your responsibility includes maximizing visibility and incoming traffic from organic search to Tele2, Comviq and Boxer.
Responsibilities include:
Identify, plan and coordinate content initiatives with content managers
Identify, plan and coordinate technical initiatives with IT department and e-com manager
Working actively with internal stakeholders such as content managers, IT, brand managers, Paid traffic managers and commercial to ensure continuous improvement of organic traffic
Continuously analyze, draw conclusions and drive change in order to maximize traffic and sales within organic search.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We believe you are a data driven, analytical and a digital native with passion for SEO. You are up to speed with the latest trends within online marketing and your personality should consist of openness and flexibility.
We also believe that you have:
Extensive knowledge of digital channels
At least two - four years’ of experience from similar role inhouse or as a SEO Consultant/strategist
Analytic skills regarding keyword research and traffic analysis
Knowledge of technical SEO in order to identify, prioritize and drive initiatives towards IT
Good understanding of common SEO tools such as Advanced Web Rankings, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog etc.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
