SEO Specialist

Better Collective is a world leading sports betting media group, with brands across the world working to educate sports bettors to engage in a more educated and entertaining betting experience.
THE ROLE
As our SEO Specialist your key objective will be to develop and execute successful SEO strategies. You will become part of a highly-skilled, dedicated team working in the Swedish market trying to cater to various user groups in the broad field of sports and casino content. You will work with various websites e.g. the leading sports betting website in Sweden, Speltips.se, and the leading casino website, Spelsidor.se.
AS OUR SEO MANAGER YOU WILL
develop and execute successful SEO strategies, based on performance analysis (i.e. website structure, internal linking, semantic research etc.)
implement and audit our netlinking strategy
analyse the digital health of our websites (i.e. pagespeed, link flow, sitemaps, redirects)
perform site audits and comparative analysis of high competitive SERP landscapes
monitor and analyze various KPIs i.e. rankings, ROI etc.
research, challenge and contribute to our current SEO best practices
stay on top of Google algorithm updates and perform correlation analysis across our portfolio of sites.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
(You do not have to tick all the boxes but we hope you can recognise yourself in some of the bullet points and hopefully have other valuable skills to add too)
3+ years of experience in organic search optimization projects
good experience with website analytics tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog...)
in depth knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
passion for SEO and affiliate marketing
experience with Wordpress and other CMS systems
is proficient in English and Swedish.
