Servant Group Manager for our software development team

The commercial order to delivery IT team is now looking for a new servant manager. You will support and develop the team in line with our strategy; driving the transformation to a modern digital eco system, working close with Demand to Cash and developing awesome teams. Within the department Sales and Services IT, the Commercial Order to Delivery IT team (IAV) supports Scania's commercial order flow with software development. The team works in close collaboration with the business representatives from Demand to Cash. Today’s team exist of 9 awesome employees from different countries and cultures and the team is mature in its development.

Your profile 

You are an agile and servant leader; you enable the team to succeed with their deliveries. You communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. Based on business and IT strategies, you help the team deliver value, define and reach short and long-term targets. You develop people and give them the prerequisites to grow. You truly believe in the outstanding abilities of people that are motivated and get the right pre-requisites to achieve great things!

You will organize the collaboration with business around the total IT Portfolio for commercial order to delivery. You will be an active member in the Sales & Services IT management team. You have a good knowledge and experience from software development processes and can participate in technical discussions in order to support the team to build a qualitative product. You probably have an IT education on university level and/or equivalent experience. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
