Servant leader to Sales IT

Hi, we are looking for a new manager who is a transparent and servant leader, who can support us on our mission:

“We make it easy to buy tailor made by empowering customers through digitalization”

We create solutions that make it easier for our salespeople and customers to speed up the sales process by making it simpler and more digital. Our long-term goal is for our customers, as haulier and truck owners, to be able to buy their trucks completely digitally.

We are a team of 10 people consisting of Fullstack, Frontend, Backend developers and UX-Designer. We work closely with other talents such as Data Scientist, Product owners, and Concept developers and we feel that we are one team even though we belong to different departments. 

We work agile together with Scania's marketing companies and customers.

We pilot small MVP applications, we build, measure and learn before scaling up.
