The department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT is responsible to support Industrial Operations (Production & Logistics) at Scania with IT. We are together setting the future IT landscape to support a global production system and the cooperation within the Traton Group. 

Are you looking for a new challenge and want to lead the Logistics IT journey in the transformation journey?  

The section is responsible for the IT deliveries for Logistics at Scania. Covering the whole life cycle from concept development to implementation and production. Logistic IT consist of three direct reporting group managers and 29 employees working with IT solutions for Supply chain management/Logistics “Industrial order management, Central Planning, Inbound, Warehousing and Outbound” (both inhouse developed and supplier solutions), business development, and Java development.

Your mission


• By using your servant leadership skills, engage, develop and support all employees and group managers to be successful in their roles. While also having the courage to challenge present ways of working and proactively bring in new ideas and methods.
• Lead the Logistics IT in the digitalization journey by securing a future competence strategy for the section.
• Work with strategies, connect these to our daily deliveries to ensure Logistics IT is aligned to the strategies for both IT and Industrial operations (Production & Logistics).
• Continue to lead and develop the Value streams with an agile mindset to enable our teams to deliver business value with speed and flexibility.
• Develop and deliver cost efficient solutions and services which maximize business value.
• You contribute with your skills and personality as member of the Order to Delivery IT management team.


Your Profile

You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understand the reality of the users within the domain supply chain management. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
