Objectives
The Server Administrator is responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of server platforms at the Datacenter in Huskvarna.
Key operational responsibilities
Maintain server platforms
Provide technical support
Platform Monitoring
Platform Security
Platform Documentation
Follow up and report incidents
Backup and Disaster Recovery routines

Reporting to
Datacenter Service Manager
Competencies needed
Experience from large scale IT operations

Good understanding of change management routines

Documented skills within the following technologies is a must
- IBM iSeries platform
- Intel platforms - Windows and UNIX
- Database systems - SQL and DB2
