We are looking for a new Service Administrator within Customer Support Operations. In this role you will execute the delivery of high-quality service administration, for a large area delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent and high level of communication and high-level efficiency.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden and you will report to the Customer Support Operations Team Leader. This is a temporary position for 8 months.
What you will do
As a Service Administrator you will:
Execute service administration with consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements
Execute regular and systematic collection of internal and customer data, maintain relevant databases. Based on this data, provide relevant reporting, visual management, and regular communication to relevant stakeholders. Analyze, resolve, and escalate cases of missing or inaccurate data
As required, lead in ordering and order coordination of relevant parts, tools, services, and materials
As required, execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities within area of responsibility and according to Corporate Governance policy
Participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective back-up solutions
Participate in the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service
Participate in continuous improvement, share, and learn and implementation of best practices, related to service administration Execute end to end intercompany billing for Service Engineers borrowed form one market to another market
We believe you have
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration work
Fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing
Experience in SAP an advantage
Good computer skills (Ms office, Outlook …)
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Service Minded and good cooperation with other department and colleagues
Self-driven and independent personality
A University degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance is considered a merit
