Cambio Denmark supplies systems to Region Syddanmark, Region Midtjylland, The Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland and the Danish Defense, and provides software development of systems for Intensive Care Units and Anaesthesia departments internationally. We have two offices in Denmark, one located in Aarhus & one in Soeborg. We are in total 28 people in DK, split 50/50 between the two locations.
The position
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the Service Delivery including reporting, collaborating and coordinating with customers in accordance to maintenance agreements. You will lead the work and determine how to use resources to fulfill customer SLA, ensures product/service stability and high customer satisfaction. You will provide guidance and changes to policies or procedures that encourage the optimum performance of the Service Delivery and affect the whole organization in a positive way.
As Service Delivery Manager you will be a part of Cambio DK Management team and have the operational responsibility for the Service and Delivery team in Denmark of 10+ employees (direct reports), and for development team in Sri Lanka (10+ employees). The Service and Delivery teams are responsible for deliveries, maintenance and support.
You will be part of an experienced team with welcoming and competent colleagues, and your main responsibility is to strengthen our services and deliveries through guidance and leadership.

Job responsibilities
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
- Responsible for collaboration with our customers, R&D Teams and other stakeholders within to fulfill the maintenance agreements.
- Planning and management of service and support resources. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
- Support the organization with compliance to international ISO standards including MDR. This responsibility includes attending audit reviews and meetings.
- Develop, motivate and engage our highly skilled team, and ensure that future needed competencies are available including through recruitments.

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in service and delivery management of IT Products or similar
- Great knowledge and experience from healthcare industry
- ITIL certification or equivalent
- Leadership experience as Manager or Team Lead
- Ability to communicate fluently in Danish and in English
- Ability to travel to Aarhus/Copenhagen on a weekly basis

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 3 months trial period
