Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Service Architect responsible for providing engineering service functions to support Service development for our Dedicated Network Portfolio. The work includes analyzing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. The role will have a responsibility to meet with customers, relevant, delivery units, product managers. Your work will be aligned with the plans and strategy of our Service Portfolio Manager and orchestration function.
You will:
Be responsible for the overall E2E technical architecture of the Service. Deep understanding and knowledge of services and underpinning applications, infrastructure, and data analytics that support it. This may include competence in Machine Learning(ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Automation of Data Analytics.
Manage the technical planning and design of new services or change/update to existing services. Creation of assets and Service description. Management and updates of the Service Catalogue. Manage technical management throughout its lifecycle. Includes roadmap, change/release management, demand and capacity management, deployment, and termination, along with the required testing and evaluation to support the customer experience. You may be called upon to define, supervising, and secure serviceability requirements. You may also support sales and internal marketing of the services portfolio
To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: Bachelor or master in engineering. MBA a plus technical competence and AI knowledge. Delivery experience with Ericsson Services Portfolio (Customer Support, Managed, Build, Integration and tuning) an advantage
Shown experience leading by example, working collaboratively and dynamically across the business, with our customers, partners, and suppliers in removing complexity,
Solid customer management, understanding their perspective, and being able to empathize with their business situation and needs
Passion for innovation, be curious by questioning ways of working that make things difficult; trial new ways of doing things; and learn quickly
Data science awareness and experience in automation a bonus. Willingness to execute technical work as part of a small company mentality team.
