Service Architect for assignment in Sandviken

We are now looking for a experienced Service Architect for a full time assignment in Sandviken. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and run until end of january 2022. During this assignment you will be employed as one os Poolias much appriciated consultants.

Design the Service(s) in line with agreed deliverables and service levels as well as with applicable targets and strategies. Ensure that the Service(s) are well defined and possible to efficiently order, deliver, bill, operate and follow up. Manage requirements for new or changed services Create, align and maintain up-to-date Service Roadmaps in partnership with the Service owner and Product Owner(s) Ensure that all products required for the service are known and aligned.

Key requirements for this role:
Ability to translate and anchor business needs to service requirements
Understand product dependencies and service requirements
Ability to evaluate and future proof key services and products of technical infrastructure
Ability to lead and co-ordinate development and maintenance of a service
In-depth understanding of SITS service model
Presentation and Communication skills

We see that you have 3-5 years’ experience from a similar role. You are fluent in Swedich and English, both in writing and verbally.
