Service Architect - Sandvik IT Services

Your job
In this position, you’re responsible for ensuring that our WAN and LAN services are well defined, possible to order, deliver, bill, operate and follow up.
This includes:
Ensuring a structured, well defined and efficient set up of Network Infrastructure assigned services (WAN and LAN) aligned with business needs through good communication with the customers and other stakeholders.
Ensuring supplier performance in cooperation with Product Owner and Service Managers.
Providing relevant service reporting as per customer needs.
Estimating and tracking costs for service operations to ensure customer value.
Managing tactical planning for service delivery and service development.
Acting as point of escalation for any issues related to the service design and/or service set up.
Driving and participating in relevant forums and reference groups.

In this position you’re primarily located in Stockholm, with travel to Sandviken included in your job. International business trips may also be occasionally required.
What you know and need – this is important   
Relevant degree within IT
Extensive experience from service management, service development or service architecture in global settings
Management of outsourced services (WAN and LAN services) and financial management of the services
Process knowledge in ITIL
Stakeholder and internal management experience
Ability to lead and coordinate people
Excellent skills in English, verbal and written
Knowledge in Swedish is a plus
