Risk & Compliance Consulting (RCC) at KPMG Advisory is a diverse team of around 60 colleagues with subject matter expertise in risk transformation, compliance, forensic investigations and fraud risk management, internal control, risk management, internal audit and sustainability. Your role
As a service area lead for our IT Risk team, you will lead and drive the development and growth of our IT Risk services. You will work closely with developing our team which is growing rapidly. You will be involved in working together with our Key & Growth accounts and influence the way forward for both KPMG and our clients when it comes to IT Risk services. You will also work closely with other departments at KPMG with the IT Risk agenda. Your focus in this role will be to;

- Lead and drive development of our key services
- Work with go-to-market activities for our services
As a Service Area Lead at RCC, you will also be involved in various client engagements within different sectors. More specifically, in your role you will together with other colleagues: Your

- Advise clients on IT Risk Management, internal control design matters and assist in evaluating and reviewing control systems.
- Assist clients with the management of IT risk (e.g. controls over systems and applications) across the enterprise, as part of a broader risk management agenda.
- Assist clients with the design of IT-related policies, procedures and standards that meet existing and newly developed regulatory requirements.
- Lead investigations related to technology based on potential breaches or fraud.
- Lead and execute various engagements including internal IT audit, Data analytics, internal controls engagements, and other compliance and/or advisory engagements.
To be successful in this role, you have;

- 8+ years of experience within the IT risk field (auditing, assurance, and other relevant areas)
- Project management experience from global organizations
- Expert skills and experience in managing IT Risk projects and other relevant IT areas
- Proven knowledge within IT governance and IT risk assessment
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Information Security, Data Analytics, Machine learning or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills; proficiency in Swedish is a huge advantage.
- Structured personality, proven strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant accredited qualification (e.g., U.S CPA, CISA) and foundational knowledge of PCAOB, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO27001, DORA, GDPR methodologies and principles are highly appreciated.
