Service Assurance Manager to Esrange, Kiruna

Are you an experienced leader that wants to be a part of evolving the exciting field of space industry? Are you comfortable with customer relations and contracts?  Do you have a passion for new technology combined with a serviceminded attitude? If the answer is yes to these questions you could be our new Service Assurance Manager, leading our Service Assurance-team within the Service Delivery-group. The position is preferably stationed in Esrange (Kiruna), Sweden.

Ansvarsområden
• To lead a versatile team of Service Delivery Managers with a mixture of competence within: operations, project management and contracts.
• Handling all our services from the end of the sales process and all the way til termination.
• Handling changes in demands  of life expectancy to fulfill the requirements of contracts and control budgets.
• To fulfill the requirements of customer service agreements, report, Review and escalating (as an effect of problemsolving in cooperation with the client) 
• Establish and apply balanced KPI:s
• Handling contracts throughout the life-span of the service
• To work closely together with, and support, Service Commissioning and the LEOP-team to evolve and improve our way of working within Service Delivery



Kvalifikationer
Educational requirements: Bachelors degree in science or some other kind of technical education
Requirements of experience: 5 years in a managing position
Language: Excellent english is a requirement and swedish, german, french or asian languages is meritorious.

You are a confident leader with good communication skills, besides your technical knowledge you also enjoy to interact with your team and  other colleagues.

SSC’s division Satellite Management Services (SaMS) operates a global network of ground stations which are used to track and communicate with an expanding range of Scientific, Earth Observation, Navigation and Telecoms satellites. This network (some 100 antennas) has engineering and manned network operations centers in Sweden (Kiruna – Esrange), Horsham (Pennsylvania), and Santiago (Chile).
Service Delivery is responsible for the Commissioning of services, the service performance assurance and lifecycle management and for Special operations (LEOPS).
