The Service team in BU GPHE is on an exciting journey following the strategic ambition to transform into the Number 1 Heat Transfer Service company, targeting a substantial growth opportunity. A central part of this strategy is to develop our intangible service offerings (field service, reconditioning, and value-added services) to further support our customers in reaching their energy efficiency and sustainability ambitions. As Service Business Developer in our team, you will work closely with a network of colleagues in central Business Units, delivery organizations as well as sales companies.
About the job:
· Drive the development of our intangible service offerings considering both current needs and future opportunities
· In close collaboration with sales companies' secure customer and market understanding
· Define requirements on the delivery organizations to successfully deliver the service offerings
· Together with the digital service experience team secure that intangible services can be sold and executed in a seamless manner
· Establish structured follow-up of intangible service sales
Who are you?
We are looking for a business-driven person with a passion for Service who can articulate a vision and together with colleagues across the organization turn this into tangible business results. You are self-motivated and can think outside the box at the same time as you understand the importance of structure and details. You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and you can quickly build fruitful relations and use your influencing skills in a good way.
Regarding your educational background, we see you have a university degree, or equivalent, in Engineering or Marketing.
Previous experience in service development or service sales in a global industrial company is considered a strong merit.
Practicalities:
You will be part of the Sales Development Service team in Business unit GPHE.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
International travel required is estimated to be 20-30 days per year.
