SERVICE BUSINESS MANAGER/DEPUTY CUSTOMER FULFILMENT MANAGER
CUSTOMER FULFILMENT - IKEA GROUP - HUBHULT, Malmö
The IKEA Group faces an exciting and challenging future ahead in the transformation into becoming a multichannel retailer where customer fulfillment will be crucial to deliver our long term ambitions. As such we are now establishing the Customer Fulfillment function as a core area within the IKEA Group, encompassing all logistics functions.
To support this we will now recruit a combined assignment of Service Business Manager/Deputy CF Manager who will report to the Group Customer Fulfillment Manager and will be part of the management team of this new organisation.
The successful candidate will develop business thinking around service delivery to meet our ambitious growth and expansion plans and as such will have a deep understanding of the IKEA value chain and business model.
As a member of the management team for Customer Fulfillment you will be part of leading and developing the organisation to ensure that the function contributes to both business and financial performance.
Assignment:
-You will, together with the Customer Fulfillment Manager strategically lead and develop this core area to ensure that the organisation contributes to the IKEA Group growth and expansion plans
-Take responsibility for the development, design and build up of the function including recruiting the right team and resources
-Identify the needs for the future Service Business for IKEA according to our growth and expansion plans and customer needs
-Design, develop and implement the new set-up based on the scope and mandate of the new Customer Fulfillment Retail and Expansion.
-Establish the team to lead and manage the Service Business - having excellence in performance and innovation at the heart of the function
-Develop and implement effective follow up according to excellence in performance
-Constantly having a focus on development and innovation to ensure that the service business is agile and innovative and recognizes the changing environment, market and customer needs.
