As a valued member of our operational team, known as the "SC Team," your pivotal role involves ensuring the seamless 24/7 operation of our systems. Your responsibilities encompass providing exceptional customer support, effectively handling incident troubleshooting, participating in on-call duties, collaborating across various teams, and closely engaging with developers, testers, and architects to enhance and refine our solutions.
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
* Proficiency in Linux systems, with a proven ability to administer complex, high-availability Linux environments.
* Familiarity with scripting and automation, with a knack for streamlining routine tasks.
* Experience utilizing monitoring tools and techniques to maintain the optimal performance of large-scale installations.
* Hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, particularly on platforms like AWS.
* Knowledge of Java and J2EE solutions, along with a comfort level in working with Java-based applications.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a talent for troubleshooting, even in high-pressure situations.
* Competence in working with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, or Postgres SQL, including basic database operations.
* A passion for programming and the ability to work with multiple programming languages.
* Eagerness to stay updated with the latest developments in the field and a commitment to continuous learning.
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, support, or related areas.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
* Willingness to ask questions and propose alternative solutions when necessary, as well as the ability to stand up for your convictions.
