Service Market Sweden is a function within the Swedish Market Company at Volvo Buses. Together with markets Norway, Finland and Denmark we form Volvo Buses Nordic organization. We are responsible to provide the best Service market support to our customers and dealers. The team consists of 10 highly skilled colleagues who are there for our customers and dealers and are not afraid of helping each other. We cover the whole Service Market business such as:
Technical support
Parts sales and support
Service contracts sales
Claims handling
Dealer development



Volvo Buses is now seeking an experienced Service Contract and Connectivity Manager Sweden who has the drive and passion to contribute to Volvo Buses profitability.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The position reports to the Service Market manager in Sweden. Your main focus is to maintain and drive the commercial development of the service offer portfolio, such as service contracts and connectivity sales. You will take a leading position in our ambition to develop and grow the connectivity services further in the market.
You will be working in close cooperation with the sales organization, the dealer network and our European service organization to secure a growth in the business area. You will furthermore give support to our dealers about sales and quotation of service offers. This also include providing relevant trainings.

Your main focus areas:
Ownership of the service contract portfolio in the Swedish market
Take lead in our ambition to further grow service contracts and connectivity sales
Continuous maintenance and analysis of active service contracts and the overall portfolio performance
Support, train and develop our dealer network in terms of service offers
Interact with customers and dealers



Required knowledge/experience
We think that you have operational experience from the automotive service business.
You are structured and can easily analyze data to form the basis for specific improvement activities. You want to create value for Volvo, dealers and customers and see the benefit in collaborating with multiple partners to achieve business goals.
You are creative and proactive with a positive attitude and have a drive for creating new business opportunities.


To be successful in your new role we want you to have the following knowledge/experience:
Commercial mindset and understanding of the Bus or Truck customer needs
Passionate about developing the business and finding new better ways of doing things
A highly customer focused attitude
Self-motivated
Team player with networking skills
A strong analytical ability
University/Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Great communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience of working with dealers and customers
