Within Market Sweden, the Uptime & Service Sales function is responsible for uptime offers and for service sales including the sales of service contracts through the two sales channels, dealers and fleet sales. Reinforcement is now needed within the area of Service Contract Fleet Sales.
Service Contract sales is a strategically important area for Volvo Trucks and market Sweden in order to secure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Working within the Uptime & Service Sales function, means working in a challenging, changing and truly commercial environment with close contact with customers and colleagues within the service market as well as within sales.
Purpose of the job
To manage and develop the Service Contract Fleet portfolio in Sweden.
Key responsibilities
Be the main interface for selected Fleet customers regarding Service Contract solutions
Develop the Service Contract offer for Fleet Sales customers in accordance with customer demands and market strategy
Make service contract quotations for Fleet Sales customers in connection with vehicle sales and financing but also as separate customized offers
Take part in promotional activities such as customer and dealer events
Secure information and knowledge regarding Fleet Sales Service Contracts in the dealer network
Be responsible for business analysis of the Service Contract Fleet Sales portfolio, reporting and follow up
Be the main interface to Volvo Financial Services Fleet Sales and administration teams
Represent service market as an active part of commercial crew teams for fleet customers
Maintaining a close cooperation with internal functions within the service market and vehicle sales area
Competencies and personal skills required
Commercially oriented with a service attitude and strong customer focus
Good communications/presentation skills to build trust in the interaction with customers and dealers
Strong analytical skills and a business mind-set
Result oriented and structured
Flexible and with a positive attitude towards change
Fluent in Swedish & English language
Good Truck and Service knowledge is an advantage but not a prerequisite
University degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience
