Service Contract Manager

We are looking for a Service Contract Manager to join our team. It is a demanding role where customer-centric mindset is needed but also a rewarding and interesting one. The position will certainly offer you a most competent team and an exciting international workplace.


Your responsibilities
Responsibility for selling and following up service contracts to global customers.
Working closely with local ABB units globally.
Planning and organizing resources to support the customer needs.
Budget responsibility for Service contracts, sales goals, etc.
Responsibility for scheduling and follow ups with Marine & Ports on-call team and call center.
Supporting Service sales organization.
Organizing customer follow up meetings and prioritization internal meetings.

Your background
A Bachelor’s degree (or above) in engineering is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.
A good knowledge in ERP system (SAP) is mandatory.
Customer-centric mindset, teamwork spirit and strive for excellence skills.
Driven personality able to work independently and take own initiatives.
You are a good initiator and have a strong will to learn new things and grow.
You are comfortable with close customer communication.
Since you will work in a global company, you need to master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
