About the job
AFRY Corporate IT is responsible for all IT-services used internally at AFRY using a healthy mix of own employees and Service Providers. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure that AFRY business will get cost effective and robust infrastructure services, e.g. Workplace, Network, Security, Service Desk and Server Operations, but you will also identify and drive development of new services based on business needs and new technology and solutions. You will report to the Director of Global IT Operations.
In short, you will be responsible for Value Assurance of our contracts, i.e. your areas of responsibilities will include but not be limited to

Be responsible for third party strategic suppliers (IT infrastructure, SaaS, cloud and other enterprise agreements)
Align and maintain the content of contracts, keep contracts updated and control the implementation, fulfilment and compliance by service providers, identify, monitor issues and track vendor risks to ensure mitigation plans are defined.
Manage claims, issues, dispute and escalations for all contract related topics.
Hold contact with key stakeholders to ensure contracts reflect business requirements.
Implement best in class outsourcing contracts with precise and clear SLAs, reports and pricing to ensure robust and cost efficient service delivery at high quality.
Develop and maintain a performance management framework, establishing annual goals, develop and monitor progress to key metrics (KPIs and monitor internal customer satisfaction).
Define negotiation and sourcing strategies and tactics, evaluation criteria and decision parameter for a multi-supplier environment in alignment with procurement.
Negotiate contracts or support contract negotiations in terms of new agreements, contract changes and optimizations with the business need in mind in close collaboration with the procurement and legal department.

Required Skills

Minimum five year experience from Outsourcing and Vendor Contract Management.
Experience from work in Global or Nordic organizations.
Proven track record of business driven mindset and ability to build strong competitive solutions in a multi-vendor environment.
Experience from integration of a multi-vendor environment
Experience from relevant standards, processes and frameworks, e.g. ITIL, ISO27001 and ISO9001
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Legal or adequate professional qualification, Master degree is desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Communication skills on all levels.

Experience from legal and/or purchasing.
